KU Reduces Syllabus for B.Com Annual Exams


The College of Karachi’s Board of Research of Commerce, on the request of school academics, has accepted a discount within the syllabus for the upcoming B.Com annual examinations 2020.

The board assembly was convened at present underneath the chairmanship of In-charge Division of Commerce KU, Dr. Zaeema Israr, on Wednesday.

The assembly was informed that the academics and college students of the affiliated faculties have requested to cut back the syllabus because the instructing course of was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The assembly was knowledgeable that the condensed syllabus is out there with the KU Examinations Division.

Earlier on February 16, the KU Vice-Chancellor (VC), Professor Dr. Khalid Mahmood Iraqi, had introduced to cut back the syllabus of BSc and B.A. as properly.

After the approval from the VC, the involved departments have been instructed to arrange query papers underneath the decreased syllabus for the upcoming annual diploma examinations.

Controller examination KU, Dr. Syed Zafar Hussain, confirmed the event and mentioned that the syllabus for the diploma college students has been made brief for the tutorial 12 months 2020 solely.
