Punjab College Declares ECAT Obligatory for Its Engineering Applications


Punjab College (PU) has declared the entry check held by the College of Engineering and Know-how (UET) Lahore as obligatory for all candidates in search of admission in BSc engineering packages in PU.

Based on a PU spokesman, the final date for registration for the ECAT is 27 June whereas the check can be held from 5 to eight July within the assigned Digital College facilities.

A 15-minute orientation session for familiarizing candidates on trying the computer-based entry check will even be held on 2-3 July in Digital College facilities.

Candidates failing to look within the entry check within the assigned Digital College facilities on the allotted time won’t be permitted to sit down in some other middle at some other time slot.

The spokesman clarified that the entry check is a requirement for admission into all public sector engineering universities and engineering know-how institutes in Punjab.

PU affords Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) accredited common and self-supporting engineering packages together with BSc (Engg.) Chemical Engineering (with Specialization in Petroleum & Fuel Know-how) and BSc (Engg.) Metallurgy & Supplies Engineering.

It additionally affords common engineering packages together with BSc (Engg.) Electrical Engineering, BSc (Engg.) Industrial Engineering and Administration and BSc Vitality and Environmental Engineering.
