Punjab Training Minister to Announce Summer time Holidays in Two Weeks


Because the unusually scorching climate continues to bear down on college students and academics, a press release concerning the summer time holidays by Punjab’s Minister for Training has come as a breath of contemporary air.

Whereas addressing a press convention in Lahore on Friday, Minister Raas stated that the summer time holidays within the province can be introduced inside two weeks.

He stated that the provincial authorities is cognizant of the problems that the scholars must face due to the cruel climate.

“In case of a rare state of affairs, the federal government will act accordingly,” he stated, and added that the federal government has modified the timings for all the colleges with the intention to keep away from the extreme climate at midday.

“From Monday, colleges will open from 700 am to 11:30 am because of the ongoing heatwave.”
