Sindh Govt Ordered to Pay Month-to-month Allowance to Officers Holding Ph.Ds


The Sindh Excessive Court docket (SHC) has ordered the federal government of Sindh to pay a month-to-month allowance of Rs. 25,000 to authorities officers with Ph.D. levels.

The 2-judge panel of Justice Irfan Saadat Khan and Justice Adnan Al Karim Memon delivered the decision after a petition that was filed by Dr. Ali Abro.

Based on the minutes of the court docket proceedings, the petition introduced by Dr. Abro revealed that till not too long ago, some authorities officers with Ph.D. levels had been being paid Rs. 25,000 rupees in full whereas others had been receiving solely Rs. 10,000.

After listening to the case, the panel delivered a written verdict ordering the federal government to pay all of the officers holding Ph.D. Rs. 25,000 allowance with out discrimination.
